Ingredients
Broccoli
cauliflower
hemp seeds
nutritional yeast
olive/avocado oil
2 cloves garlic
roasted red pepper
arrowroot powder
salt and pepper to taste
apple cider vinegar
vegetable broth
Directions:
- Sautee garlic, salt, pepper and broccoli in oil
- Add broth and bring to the boil
- Make “cheese” sauce from blending cooked cauliflower, hemp, nutritional yeast, roasted red pepper, apple cider vinegar and salt.
- When the broccoli florets are tender, add the creamy sauce and simmer for 3-5 mins
- Before serving add lime juice and coconut aminos. Enjoy!
