Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of cauliflower, roasted
avocado/olive oil
fresh watercress
1/2 lb fresh garlic hummus
2 cups of vegetable broth
2 sprig of dill
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with radish, coriander, mint, sesame seeds and avocados
Directions
- Saute garlic in oil and add roasted cauliflower
- Add vegetable broth, spices and bring to a bowl
- Add hummus, watercress and simmer for 5-7 mins
- Garnish with radish, coriander, mint, sesame seeds, avocados and serve.
