Cauliflower and Watercress Soup


2 cloves of garlic

2 cups of cauliflower, roasted

avocado/olive oil

fresh watercress

1/2 lb fresh garlic hummus

2 cups of vegetable broth

2 sprig of dill

salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with radish, coriander, mint, sesame seeds and avocados


  1. Saute garlic in oil and add roasted cauliflower
  2. Add vegetable broth, spices and bring to a bowl
  3. Add hummus, watercress and simmer for 5-7 mins
  4. Garnish with radish, coriander, mint, sesame seeds, avocados and serve.
