Cremini Mushrooms with braised greens

Ingredients

8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced

2 tbsp of olive/avocado oil

1 tbsp harissa sauce

2 cloves of garlic, roasted, sliced

salt and pepper to taste

Greens: kale, spinach and chard

Garnish with truffle oil, lime, sumac, avocado, micro greens, mint and coriander leaves

Directions

  1. Sautee garlic in oil.
  2. Add mushrooms
  3. Stir in Harissa Sauce
  4. When the excess liquid has evaporated, add the greens
  5. Close lid and let them braise
  6. Garnish with truffle oil, lime, sumac, avocado, micro greens, mint and coriander leaves
