Chocolate Chickpea Breakfast Mousse

1 can chickpea (salt-free)

7-8 juicy dates

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/3 cup plant milk

1/4 cup protein powder

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp soya/coconut yogurt

pinch of salt

vanilla extract

 

Mix all the ingredients in a strong blender or food processor.  Garnish with cocoa nibs, chocolate chips, berries or nut butter.
