Ingredients:
I head of cauliflower
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
hummus to use as pizza sauce
braised kale, chard, spinach in garlic
charred artichokes
Garnish with avocado, chopped mint, cilantro, oregano, black pepper, salt, sumac, nutritional yeast and pomegranate seeds
Directions:
1). Grate Cauliflower, add coconut flour and oil and mix till you form a dough and roll to a pizza base
2) Heat oven to 450 and cook one side for 10-12 mins. Turn over and add toppings.
3) Spread hummus as the sauce on the pizza
4) Add garlic braised kale, chard, spinach
5) Half artichokes, add and cook the pizza for another 10-12 mins on the other side
