Berry Breakfast

This is a very simple and high fibre breakfast that is very nutritious and deeply cleansing!  I love fruit for breakfast, but berries are by far my favourite and with pomegranate in season, I combined them with gorgeous blueberries and a few seeds.  I used hemp, chia and flax, but you could any and/or nuts to add more complexity.  I also added some chopped mint, to freshen my mouth, vitamin C and color.  Enjoy!
