Makes 12
I cup dates (pitted; if dry, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well)
3 tbsp all natural salted peanut or almond butter
1 tbsp Chia seeds (or flax or hemp seeds)
1/4 cp dairy-free dark chocolate (roughly chopped) OPTIONAL
2 tbsp Plant based milk OPTIONAL
1/2 cup of Pecans ( or walnuts or soaked cashews or almonds) OPTIONAL
2 tbsp vegan collagen powder OPTIONAL
Method:
Blend all these in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Roll into balls and store in fridge
Or place in silicone cups and place in freezer for a hour and then enjoy.
