Coffee, Chia overnight oats

  • Serves 1 –
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon nut / seed butter
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • Combine wet ingredients and then add the oats and chia and let them sit for at least two hours or overnight.
