- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon nut / seed butter
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- Combine wet ingredients and then add the oats and chia and let them sit for at least two hours or overnight.
