Ingredients:
2/3 cup raw coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp raw cocoa powder
3 tbsp goji berries
3 tbsp hemp protein powder or another vegan protein source
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp flax seed, grinded
3 tbsp black sesame seeds
1/2 raw almonds, chopped (for extra nutrition use soaked, and sprouted
2 cups of coconut flakes
1-2 tbsp nut butter
Method
Mix ingredients and form “dough” into small balls. If dough is too thin, add more of the powders to form a more stiff dough. Place balls on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet or plate. Place in fridge or freezer. Enjoy within 7-10 days.
