1 3/4 cup almond or tiger flour
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 almond butter
Zest and juice of one large lemon
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Combine dry ingredients. Mix in the wet ingredients. Add the apple cider vinegar last and pour into a greased baking tin. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
