Vegan Donuts with Blueberry Glaze

Ingredients – Donuts

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce/honey/maple syrup

3 tbsp aquafaba (liquid from chickpea can)

1/3 cup nut milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 1/4 cup of coconut/almond flour

1/2 tsp cardamon

pinch of salt

Blueberry Glaze

1/4 cup freeze dried blueberries

1/3 cup of coconut sugar

1 tbsp of melted coconut oil

1 tbsp of nut milk

Directions:

  1. Combine donut ingredient in a bowl and fry the rings
  2. Allow to cool a little before dipping them into the blueberry glaze and enjoy!
