Vegan Chocolate Mousse – 4 ingredients in under 5 minutes

Ingredients

Aquafaba, from a can of chickpeas

1 oz coconut oil, melted

1 oz cocoa powder

1.5 oz maple syrup

Beat the aquafaba with a hand mixer for about 5 mins until stiff.  Gently fold in the remaining ingredients and pour into dessert glasses.  Place in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours
