Sticky Tahini and Date Oatmeal

1/2 cup oats

2 soft medjool dates

1/2 water

3/4 unsweetened oat milk

1 tbsp light tahini

pinch of Himalayan salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

Simply combine all these ingredients in a small pan on the stove and cook over a gentle heat until its thick and sticky.  Enjoy warm!
