Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup arrowroot or corn starch
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk + 2 tsp ACV (mixed)
Sesame Sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
1/2 tsp arrowroot starch
1 tbsp cold water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F
Combine flour, starch, garlic and onion powder, salt and plant based milk and ACV. Mix until there are no clumps and it resembles batter.
Add cauliflower florets into the bowl and throughly mix to coat all pieces.
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20 mins.
Enjoy hot and with hot sauce!
