Ingredients
1/2 can of pumpkin puree
1/2 can coconut milk
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1 /2 cloves powder
roasted/salted pumpkin seeds for decoration
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blendtec/vitaminmix
- Spread into a baking tray and place in freezer for 4 hours
- Remove from freezer and form into balls
- Roll in toasted, salted pumpkin seeds and serve.
