Pumpkin Bowl with sliced bananas, goji berries, shredded coconut, raw cocoa nibs and blueberries

To switch things up for breakfast, try this pumpkin bowl.  Use a fresh pumpkin or you can use a canned pumpkin meat.

Add spices such as all-spice and cinnamon to it.

You can also dilute it with some non-dairy milk.

Use a sliced banana, goji berries, shredded coconut, and raw cocoa nibs to garnish. You can also let some of the pumpkin base to show through and add some blueberries.
