1 tbsp avocado oil
1 clove garlic
pinch onion powder
I 14 oz can of jackfruit
16 oz fresh baby Boy Choy julienned
Coconut aminos or soy sauce
Garnish with avocado, mint, cilantro, lime, hemp and sumac
Heat avocado oil and add garlic and onion.
Drain the jackfruit and add to the pan.
Cook till golden brown and then break up into pieces.
Add Boy Choy and the coconut aminos, stir and cook till bob chop is tender.
Garnish with avocado, mint, cilantro, lime, hemp and sumac.
