Immunity Booster Tea – Ginger, turmeric, lemon

Ingredients

2 tbsp Grated raw ginger

2 tbsp Grated raw turmeric

1 tbsp Lemon yest

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/3 cup raw, wildflower Honey

2 tbsp coconut oil (cold pressed)

Combine all these in a jar and place in fridge.  Consume within 7-10 days.  Serve on tsp with hot water 2-3 times a day.
