Ingredients
3/4 cup banana
1/4 cup Canned light coconut milk
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp of maple syrup/honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
Garnish with coconuts shreds and/or raw cocoa nibs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender
- Add chia seeds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with raw cocoa nibs or coconuts shreds and enjoy
